Campsite & Activity Centre
A big thank you to all the volunteers and Birkenhead Division who were at Hadlow on Saturday September 2nd to paint fences and clear the ivy off the top of the cottage roof and the walls of Orchard. The volunteers also picked the ripe damsons; plums; apples and crab apples from across the site that will go in to the preserves and chutneys that are on sale as part of the Hadlow Hampers.
Birkenhead Division provided an excellent lunch for everyone include scones with Hadlow Preserves!
We look forward to welcoming our volunteers and Deeside Division on the first Saturday of October for the next woking party as we start to put the campsites ‘to bed’ for the winter and commence our bulb planting for the spring.
